Our model is low-cost, low-risk, and high-support. The administrative structure, systems, and core marketing tools are already in place, allowing you to focus on building your personal brand and generating opportunities.

Training, Coaching and Accountability
Our training and support are designed to meet you where you are, with different levels of structure, guidance, and accountability depending on the package you choose.
Across the network, you will benefit from clear training pathways. For some, this means step-by-step learning to build confidence and capability. For others, it means performance-focused coaching designed to refine skills and support growth.
Learning is delivered through a blend of group sessions, one-to-one coaching, compliance guidance, and practical application. Where included, a dedicated Success Coach works with you using the GROWTH model to help set goals, overcome challenges, and maintain momentum.
Beyond onboarding, you will continue to benefit from ongoing coaching opportunities, live events, and access to a collaborative national network.
Agent Support, Tools and Technology
Starting your own business doesn't mean starting alone. You will have access to a dedicated Agent Support Team, with the level of support aligned to the package you choose.
From day one, support is available across compliance, system access, and core business setup. As your business grows, this can extend to operational support including administration, invoicing, pipeline management, technical assistance, and compliance checks — allowing you to focus on prospecting, listing, selling, and negotiating.

How Much Can You Earn?
This opportunity really does give you unlimited earnings. Property Experts earn 70% of the fees generated, so your income depends on your average fee and the number of properties you sell. Once you reach higher productivity tiers, this increases to 75% or 80%.

Building Your Business
We provide an excellent Executive Assistant resource on a shared basis, massively reducing the cost of full-time administrative support. You may also want to bring an Associate Property Expert into your business — we have a specific Associate Scheme for this.
Earn Up to 80% of the Fee
Once you achieve a certain level of gross commission income per year you will move up to the 75% or 80% tier. This will remain in place for 12 months and continue if productivity levels stay above the threshold.
Other Income Streams
You can also earn additional income and help your clients by recommending a conveyancer, mortgage broker, auction expert and other services.

| The Experts Foundation | £25 per transaction |
National Advertising Fund: A committee of Property Experts decides how this fund is invested. 400 completions/month generates £10,000/month for national campaigns — a £25 contribution could result in £10,000 worth of advertising benefit.
The Experts Foundation: The company matches each £25 agent contribution, so £50 per transaction goes to local charities nominated by agents and their clients.

What Does the Ideal Property Expert Look Like?
We are looking for like-minded individuals, and couples, who want to start their own business. It is important that they share our vision to raise the standards of estate agency by providing a first-class service, excellent marketing and outstanding results for their clients.
The ideal Property Expert is entrepreneurial, ambitious and hard-working. Estate agency experience is advantageous but not required if candidates have run their own business before or have sales and marketing experience.
This business is all about marketing properties and your personal brand. Using social media effectively and creating high-quality video content are important skills. If candidates do not possess these already they must be prepared to learn.
